Medical care costs amount to JPY 47.8 trillion, while nursing care costs reach JPY 15.3 trillion, and both are continuously rising.
Furthermore, the number of people who did not exercise in the past year is 20.04 million, and an alarming 15.84 million individuals are projected to continue refraining from exercise. The significant number of non-exercisers poses a high risk to their health.
Based on the social problem caused by a lack of exercise, we want to advocate [Eliminate "I can't exercise"] as Our Challenge, seeking a future where anyone can exercise. Exercise is essential for preventing lifestyle diseases and prolonging healthy life expectancy.
